How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped out, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number and estimated delivery date. If you have any issues with tracking your order, please contact us at support@glgems.store.

Can I still change my order?

Although we can't make any promises, if you want to change something about your order please e-mail us immediately at support@glgems.store. We will do everything we can to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase.

How can I request a return?

If there is a mistake with your order on our part, please reach out to us first. We will do everything we can to correct it at no cost to you. If you decide you want to return your order for any other reason, send us an e-mail at support@glgems.store with your order # and your request.

Are there any shipping costs?

All orders within the United States include free standard shipping through USPS. We also offer 2-day and overnight shipping at a cost. For expedited shipment, our price options will appear at checkout. For international orders, prices will vary by country and can be found on the checkout page.

How does your 90 day warranty work?

Our jewelry comes with a 90-day warranty that covers issues related to tarnishing. Since our pieces are waterproof and tarnish resistant, if your jewelry has any color issues within 90 days of purchase, we will gladly replace it at no cost to you. To ensure your jewelry stays looking brand new, please refer to our care instructions for proper maintenance.
